Just a quick zesting tip🍋

To zest using microplane, turn the microplane upside down and glide the lemon in one direction. Turn the lemon as you go so you remove only the yellow part. Tuning the microplane over allows the zest to collect in the tube and maybe visibility easier when trying to avoid the white bitter pith.
